08 / THE WHY

Sport was always the destination.

Founder CJ Fierro was born with Arthrogryposis and has undergone eight surgeries. Competing as an athlete was not possible, but the pull of sports never left. Around age 14, he started Pegasus Media as another way into the arena.

What began as a personal route into sports has grown into a multi-sport media company — built patiently through reporting, relationships and respect for the people inside the game.
